Mission
Our mission is to contribute immensely to the transformation of the unemployed youthful population who are found mostly roaming the streets into highly skilled and competent citizens capable of fully addressing the needs of the growing economy in Nigeria.
Our Vision
Our vision has led to the creation of this organization at Akpabuyo in Cross-River State, in an atmosphere conducive for proper training, and this tallies with the nation’s aim of becoming one of the largest economies in the world.
We are confident that the youthful population churned out as a result of our training will provide a viable workforce of citizens with required skills.
We intend to:
- To contribute to the enhancement of the Nation’s aim to realize the vision of Nigeria becoming one of the twenty largest economies in the world, contributing immensely to the transformation of our youthful population into highly skilled competent citizens capable of fully addressing the needs of the growing economy and competing favorably in the global arena.
- To help train these citizens and to create an atmosphere for proper training programs that would make our youth viably employable.
- To partner with the private sector during our skills training and development to fill that gap between the training we shall provide and the actual needs of employers
- Facilitate programs that will encourage self-employment by bringing on board training providers with relevant labour market expertise, resources and diversity.
- Beneficiaries shall be exposed to skills appraised for certification by bodies such as NATIONAL BOARD FOR TECHNICAL EDUCATION (NBTE), THE INSTITUTE OF LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT, THE MINISTRY OF LABOUR AND PRODUCTIVITY. We shall also seek accreditation from international institutions worldwide in order to give the best to our teeming youths.
- To ensure that our trainees understand how to use their expertise to improve the society and elevate our national aspiration for development.
